BIB Collection Details: Date & Time: Friday, 23 August 2024 [ 9am to 7pm ] Saturday, 24 August 2024 [ 9am to 4pm ] Venue: Jio World Gardens, BKC, Mumbai Note: Each Participant is allowed to collect only 2 bib's at the counter. Bulk collection will not be entertained. Note: No Bags will be allowed inside Jio Gardens at the Expo area due to security reasons. Baggage Counter available at the entrance gate. To collect your race kit, please have soft copies of the below documents on your phone: * Registration Confirmation[With BIB Details] email / SMS * ID Proof. * The above documents are mandatory. The race kit will not be issued without verifying the same. * Please verify the Timed BIB at the BIB Verification Counter and re-confirm your details. Unavailable for the BIB Collection? Assign someone! Authorization Letter signed by the registered runner. * He/She must carry a soft copy of Registration Confirmation [With BIB Details] email / SMS. * Soft Copy of their ID Proof. *The above documents are mandatory. The race kit will not be issued without verifying the same.

FLAG-OFF TIME:

Half Marathon - 5:05 am
Timed 10K - 6:30 am
5K Timed & Fun Run - 8:00 am
3K Fun Run - 8.15 am
Reporting time: 1 Hour prior to the Flag-Off Time.

Note:
Start Gate for each race will be closed 30 minutes from the start time.

Baggage Counter:
Baggage counter is available for 21K & 10K participants.
We request participants not to keep any valuables including mobile phones at the baggage counter.
Management will not be responsible for the loss of any valuables.

Note:
* BIBs will not be distributed on the race day.
* Individuals without a BIB will not be allowed inside the race venue.
* Paid parking at the Jio Gardens for 4 wheelers and entry only through GATE NO 9.
* Request participants to car pool and use public transport (WALKING ENTRY FROM GATE NO 3 & 4)
